Artist's Description
Doberman Love. If you are familiar with this breed of dog you know him to be one of the most loyal and loving dogs a human can own. Doberman Pinschers are very keen, super energetic with tremendous strength and stamina. Dobes like to be with their people; they need human interaction and leadership.
I began this painting with a simple snapshot of the dog and through photo manipulation was able to create the brown, burgundy, and orange colors seen here. The background consists f layers of color, torn book pages, and stamping. the layered borders harmonize through chosen colors and placement.

About Lisa Noneman
I began my art career at the tender age of five, when I drew my first mural of a large sun, a great big hill with tall trees and lots and lots of people on my parent's bedroom wall. At the time I couldn't understand their lack of enthusiasm, after all it was my father's freshly painted lavender walls that had inspired me!
